04:45 - We are currently experiencing an issue with our core network. Engineers are investigating and will update you shortly.
04:50 - What first appeared to be a network issue has now been confirmed as a power issue as the result of some scheduled works within the data centre. We are continuing to investigate however most services should now be operational.
06:30 - A majority of affected services have now been resumed. We are continuing to restore service with some areas of our cloud infrastructure.
08:30 - All services are now operating normally. If you are experiencing difficulties please contact us via the usual support channels.
We will be issuing an incident report as soon as we receive a full report from the datacentre.
